Author Teresa Irish shares the tender and emotional story, based on her book, of the 1000 handwritten letters from her father, “Bud”, while he was serving during WWII. Her discovery of these letters, neatly tucked away in an Army trunk, inspired her to write “A Thousand Letters Home”.
