URGENT RESPONSE REQUIRED – TIME SENSITIVE
To our Residents and Staff:
To continue preventing the spread of COVID-19 in our building, Oakmont Northville has worked quickly to secure on-site lab tests for every resident and member of our staff.
Beginning tomorrow morning, licensed representatives from our third-party care provider Balanced Home Care will start administering private, in-room tests for each resident to identify any potential asymptomatic carriers of the virus. These tests are 100% covered by any type of insurance with all other costs of the procedure covered by Oakmont.
To make this testing process as easy as possible, we are asking all residents to immediately provide a copy of their insurance card and driver’s license/state ID through one of the following ways:
- Emailing a picture or scan of both cards to firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com
- Texting a picture of both cards to (248) 266-9840
- Bringing both cards to the building for our receptionist to copy and return immediately
Though it is a fast timeline, we are asking that all insurance information is submitted through one of the above channels no later than 8 am on Tuesday, November 24th. If there is some reason this information cannot be submitted in a timely fashion, please reach out to our front office.
