Oakmont Senior Communities “Are You Feeling Lucky?” Scratch-Off Promotion Terms and Conditions
No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win
Any current or prospects of an Oakmont Senior Community (excluding Oakmont Northville) that do not have a scheduled move-in date are eligible to win. Contestants must participate in a full tour of the community within the month of March to be given a scratch-off ticket. Tickets must be scratched off inside of an Oakmont Community unless otherwise noted.
The following prizes are available via scratch-off ticket:
- Half Off Registration Fee
- $500 toward first month rent
- $100 off for six months
- Waive Community Fee
- First Month Free
Not redeemable for any other prize or offer. No cash value. Non-transferable. May not be combined with any other offer, discount, or credit. Discounts only applicable on select apartments.
Prospect must deposit on or before April 30th with a scheduled move-in date of 45 days from date of deposit to be eligible for discount. If prospect is currently on waitlist, must move in within 30 days of scratch-off.
