Every man in our memory care unit is encouraged to come down and participate in our Men’s Club activity. This social event is meant to promote conversation and entice residents to communicate with each other. Storytelling is prompted during this activity, as well as a task at hand. The men enjoy challenging each other during games of poker, cards and dice. This special activity is designed to cater to the men so they feel a bond and relationship with other residents within the community.
