It is important for our Oakmont families to have education and information on the topic of Dementia. Each month a speaker comes into our facility to discuss different types of dementia, to give support and offer advice. Being educated is an important piece of the puzzle when having to learn to adapt to a loved one who may be diagnosed or showing signs of memory loss. Oakmont families are not alone in this process and are provided with the support they need to continue on this journey for proving the best quality care for their loved one.
